17 Oct Wearable APIs Part-I
Wearable technology, wearables, fashionable technology, wearable devices, tech togs, or fashion electronics are clothing and accessories incorporating computer and advanced electronic technologies. Wearable devices such as activity trackers are a good example of the Internet of Things, since they are part of the network of physical objects or “things” embedded with electronics, software, sensors and connectivity to enable objects to exchange data with a manufacturer, operator and/or other connected devices, without requiring human intervention. They capture the data from the sensors and store on cloud or wearable device itself. These vendors also provide various dashboards of the data collected from these devices. Apart from the dashboards they also provide the APIs to the developers so that they can build new innovative apps or healthcare personal can use the data. There are various Wearable APIs which i will touch down these set of blogs.
